INFORMATION WE GATHER FROM BROADWAY FAN CLUB MEMBERS
The Broadway League gathers some personal and general consumer information when users join the Broadway Fan Club. The registration form requires members to provide us with contact information (e.g., name and e-mail address). We collect this information so we can send newsletters and other special offers to Broadway events and shows to Broadway Fan Club members. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
