is Kids’ Night on Broadway?
A year-round national
audience development program of The Broadway League, the national trade association of the Broadway industry. KNOB is presented in NYC by the New York Times.
What happens on Kids' Night?
On
Kids’ Night on Broadway, kids age 6-18 get to see a participating Broadway show
for free when accompanied by a full-paying adult. See terms and conditions.
In NYC, KNOB participants can
experience the behind-the-scenes magic of Broadway at a free fan
festival. Plus, kids eat for less thanks
to special family discounts at Times Square-area restaurants, and there
are great parking deals. All attendees receive a special KNOB souvenir playbill, provided by Theatre Developement Fund.
In other cities, shows put a different spin on the event. How do I get free tickets for my kids?
Use the ticketing links on this site. You can also order tickets by phone, or visit the shows' box offices. See individual show pages for detals. All tickets must be purchased in pairs--one for you and one for a child age 6-18. Each ticket will print at half-price. See terms and conditions.
What about shows in cities outside New York?

When does Kids' Night on Broadway 2010 take place in New York City?
Kids' Night on Broadway 2010 takes place on Tuesday, February 2, Wednesday February 3, and Sunday, February 7 (matinee and evening).

How do I get a copy of the Kids' Night on Broadway souvenir Playbill?
The playbill is provided free of charge by Theatre Development Fund to all participants of KNOB in New York City. You can download the 2009 souvenir playbill by clicking here. It's a large pdf file, so be patient!
What is the history of Kids’ Night on Broadway?
Kids’ Night on Broadway is a program of The Broadway League, the national trade association for the Broadway theatre
industry. Designed to introduce young people to the magic of live theatre
and make Broadway accessible to a new generation of theatergoers, Kids’ Night on Broadway has welcomed young people to Broadway shows in New York
and on tour across the U.S. since the program was created in 1996 by the
League and Theatre Development Fund.
How do I get information about all Broadway shows, including those that are not participating in Kids' Night?
